Congratulations to the Class of 2016
The class graduation took place on September 21 at the conclusion of the Power of the Marketplace.
The class year had its highlights beginning with meeting Governor Bruce Rauner on the opening night of the Power of the Government in Springfield. The first conference introduced the class to the Illinois state government where they met with politicians, lobbyist, and varies agencies.
In July, the class met up in Quincy for the Power of the Individual conference where they learn more about themselves after completing a Myers-Briggs workshop. They met with three local authors, took part in a drum circle, and explored the value of taking care of oneself.
The last stop for the class was Chicago. There the class visited the Chicago Board of Trade, The Federal Reserve Bank and Money Museum, toured the Merchandise Mart, viewed the CME Globex Control Center, and visited The Center of Realtors Technology Smart Home Lab on top of all the amazing speakers.
That's a wrap for the 2016 Leadership Illinois conference series! WELCOME, new alums!
